Would recommend, originally went down to see a different car to the one I bought however the specs were wrong on the site (no fault of Fish Brothers) so it wasn't suitable. I had travelled a few hours and Iain and Carl were very apologetic and quickly found a car that matched what I was looking for and worked very hard to match the budget I had to spend. Iain booked me in same week for the handover and I can not fault the handover it was so detailed compared to what I've experienced before; not just handing the keys off and saying bye! Would totally recommend - thank you both!!

Recently bought a Peugeot 208 from Fish Brothers Select Used Cars. Firstly, the whole experience from test driving to purchasing the car was amazing.The sale person I had was Dan Chivers. He was extremely helpful. Clear, precise, honest and professional yet not pushy in the slightest (compared to other places I've been to).Not once did I have that Odd stomach feeling that something wasn't right" from arriving to the showroom until the handover.Overall

I had a very good experience with buying a car from the Fish Brothers group. I dealt with Richard Godwin who was excellent, straight from enquiring about a select used vehicle through to purchasing it. The car required a service and Richard happily arranged it.I’ve previously had awful experiences buying from a major German car franchise, but Richard and the Fish Brothers group went above and beyond to make sure I got a car that I wanted, didn’t pressure me and didn’t play silly games.I will definitely buy another car from Richard or the fish brothers group again.

I went to check my vaxhall corsa tyre pressure with fish brother garage and what they did is just a normal check without opening any tyre and just refill my tyre air and they charge me £126

Atrocious Citroen Direct Parts owned by Fish Brothers. Don't bother wasting your time with these clowns, they give the motor trade its bad name. Tried to contact them by phone & e mail they ignore you, god forbid you buy something from them and there is a problem as you will never be able to get through to them.My advice is steer clear of them.

I recently had the challenge of finding a new car very quickly. Fish Brothers was recommended to me by three different contacts, who all suggested it was worth travelling from Chippenham to see them.Their friendliness and professionalism was evident from the moment I walked through the door, and Richard in particular proved to be an expert listener and very patient in helping me navigate a number of options (especially as it was an unplanned purchase so I wasn't that enthusiastic!)Ultimately I chose a different brand car, however I was so impressed with their service that when I have the benefit of planning my next purchase with more time I will not hesitate to start my search with Fish Brothers.My daughter purchased a new car from their Renault branch last week too and received impeccable help from James.

Garage is awful!! Repaired my 2 rear door window seals which needed to be done on a recall, then a few months later the window imploded while i was driving. Ended up not replacing the window under recall warranty but then wouldnt even supply and fit me a window either as they said they don't do windows.

I visited fish brothers in Swindon to look at purchasing a 3008, I was introduced to Carl the Sales Manager and after a review of my requirements ie: automatic, petrol, 1.6, mileage no more then 15000 miles, I looked at a stunning blue 3008 which fitted my list apart from the engine size which was 1.2, but Carl suggested I drove the car to feel the power that the engine can deliver so I had a test drive and I was amazed at the performance from the 1.2 engine and it was a great experience to drive this car.Carl then explain all the controls and went over in depth of all the functions including the benefits of the Peugeot app once my mobile was connected to the car.I returned two days later to purchase the car and was introduced to Dan who took me though all the paperwork and financial details and set a date to pick up the car after it had been serviced and MOT tested.I return later the next week to complete the purchase and paperwork which included setting up the road tax payment and going though the handover of the car which Carl showed me all the functions from satnav to the wheel locking nut.Throughout my experience the sales team were excellent and totally professional and made the purchasing of my car a pleasing experience, thank you Carl and Dan.After purchasing the car I noticed a mark on the steering wheel and a couple of other small issues, the car was booked into the service department to have these fixed and replaced the steering wheel, I went to the Service reception and was greeted by James who informed me that I could have a loan car while the repair was being done, James was very polite and efficient and kept me up to date by telephone as to the progress of the repairs and were all completed by the following day.Throughout my experience with Fish Brothers I can say that all the staff that I came into contact with showed total professionalism and provided a great and full customer service which I appreciate as a new customer.Many Thanks again Carl, Dan and James.Regards Arthur Vann
