I walked into the Job Shop after several months of job hunting with no success. I met Chloe O’Loughlin and she guided me to exactly where I needed to be, massively improving my CV, applying with me to the right jobs, and I now have an interview for my dream job and am extremely positive for the future. My job coach is Nicole Brain I’ve only seen her twice but she’s amazing. She’s been assisting me with vacancy opportunities and helping me with my CV and even made me a cover letter! She’s very easy to talk to, always have a giggle. I feel confident with the jobs she’s helped me apply for!

I’ve had an excellent experience with the JobShop, especially working with Nicole Brain. She was very friendly and easy to talk to and got me an interview within the week of working with her. This is a great service - my daughter was struggling with finding a job and we went to the Job Shop. They provided her with lots of support like, a workshop to do a CV and another workshop on building her confidence. Then she had several meetings with a job coach who helped her find suitable jobs and gave her the confidence to apply for these jobs and get on a training course to update her existing skills.This is a first class servicePeter

She was proactive in searching for opportunities for me and aided me in tailoring my personal statements to each organisation.
