I bought a BMW X5 from WoodCroft Motors 6 months ago, in winter. It never occurred to me to test the air conditioning. Recently, during the warm weather I tried the air conditioning...nothing happened. We are due to go to France for the summer holidays without the AC. I contacted Ray, explaining the situation, he booked me into a BMW specialist, we booked the car in and had the problem resolved at no expense to myself. This is 6 months after purchase and the problem was resolved without any expense to myself. I, in anticipation of resistance to repair costs, contacted my solicitor to arm myself with my legal rights at a cost of many pounds. What a waste of money that was; WoodCroft Motors and Ray repaired the car at no cost to me and without me having to mention any of my legal advice. If you're going to choose a second hand car, please go to WoodCroft motors. If there was a possibility of giving a 6 star review I most certainly would.

Friendly people, they took the time to discuss and show everything. Car was in maculate condition, 3/4 of a tank of fuel given too which was a bonus. I was unable to find the lock and wheel nut, rang them and they said they'd pay for a new one. I then found it though. Time will tell with any car, but it drove me home fine.. I was impressed by the selection of lovely cars they had in, reasonably priced to.
