I recently visited Just Sew whilst on a very wet holiday in the area. What a treasure of a shop, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. They even produced a box of kits, which came in the same morning and allowed me to rummage through it, to find what I was looking for. A wonderful range of patchwork fabric and haberdashery. Well worth a visit, in the rain or sun!

Such a lovely fabric shop and the people are so helpful. I purchased some buttons while visiting Penrith in September and sadly lost them. Called today on the off-chance they'd be able to ship me some, and they were extremely helpful to take the time to find the same buttons and organise to send them to me. Really appreciated it so much.

Lovely fabric which arrived extremely quickly! They have a 25% off sale on at the moment and I had forgotten to enter the money off code when I placed my order - however when I received my order, they had already refunded me the 25%! Amazing customer service, 5 stars

Friendly and helpful, they have always contacted me if my order is unclear. The online descriptions are well written and I have never been disappointed with any of the fabric I've bought from here. The fabric is packed with care and arrives within days. An excellent online service.

I love this shop! They have a great selection, but it is the staff who make it. They are kind and knowledgeable, and very funny. I have used their online service a few times during covid and the orders arrive so quickly, beautifully wrapped up and with a thoughtful note. Honestly, I will never use amazon for haberdashery purposes again.

Just received my order and am so pleased - great service and so quick. The material was just what I needed (always a bit worried when ordering online), beautifully packaged (wrapped in a pattern piece) and a hand written message which shows the care taken. I would definitely recommend this company and will be ordering from them again.
