Great gym. Friendly staff.good equipment.Been going to this gym nearly 20years.Now it's 24hrs.This is definitely one of the best gyms in the area.Everyone gets on with each other.No ego's just lads working out.Good equipment might be a little bit old but good and strong.Typical back street gym.Not one of these Namby Pamby gyms.If you want results then get down to fitness connection.
