I wouldnt give this place any stars at all . This place (springhill branch ) give myself, my partner and my son a severe dose of food poisoning to the point that I was up all night last vomiting and with the chills and severe abdomen pain (I'm also pregnant so I was sick with worry not knowing if the poisoning ould affect my pregnancy ) I phoned out of hours doctors. My partner and son also was very very ill after it. Il never eat here again Unhygienic hole!

Love the choices you have and great tasting. The Only bad point would be it can be slow during busy times. However that is more due to not enough staff for making bespoke sandwiches, than down to the staff themselves.

Girl who served us was really friendly and chatty. She did her job very well but the general state of the place was not good with discarded paper napkins lying under the table, part of the counter had come away and the toilet was well overdue for a good clean up. A lick of paint and a general overhaul is needed.

The coffee/tea machine has been broken for over a week!! and they don't really let you know about it until you've ordered your sub.

Such kind and accommodating staff tonight, they were so wonderful whist I was in with my niece and nephew - they’re a handful but I felt no judgment and the food was great too:)

Good flavours & a range of breads, if you like that much bread. My wife & girls love subway - bit too much bread & salad based for me. Specials seem great value & as my girls often get the 'foot long' and then split it they think its wonderful.
