Marc serviced my boiler, rebalanced the heating system and got the system optimized and working better than ever. House heated and boiler off before getting out of bed. Perfect.Marc is very professional and knowledgeable. Having moved into a new property with an eclectic heating system, Marc diligently checked the system throughly and determined what might he causing performance issues. He was spot on.Marc is a genuine tradesman who evidently takes pride in what he does. He was honest and interested in addressing the problems with the system. I would recommend him highly for boiler servicing and fault detection and diagnosis with a heating system.

Boiler wasn't working. Was easy to arrange a time for Marc to come round and assess the problem which he identified within 5 mins. He couldn't fix same day due to not having the part, but came back first thing next morning, fit it quickly, and we were back up and running! Very professional, courteous, tidy, responsive and quick. Would recommend!

Be wary of Watermarc's claim to be plumbing experts". Also be warned about their complete lack of customer aftercare. After our old boiler (having been serviced annually by Watermarcs for 7 years) "died" due to flooding caused by a plumbing defect

Highly recommended this business. Called for a broken down boiler and they came out same day. Marc did excellent job fixing the problem and also gave me valuable advice moving forward. They were not overly priced and did a great job. Iwill definitely be using them again for any future jobs. I really can't say anything negative as I couldn't fault them.

We have been using Marc for several years now, to maintain our boiler and the occasional call out. Recently he came quickly to a leak and was able to detect it and fix it very quickly and is always excellent value. I highly recommend him.

Chap arrived and said who he was and where he was from. A helpful fella and explained what he was doing and gave the boiler a service. Explained to us what work was needed and suggested different scenarios to correct problem. Clean and tidy job done. Will definitely use your company again and reccomend to others
