Installation was quick and easy. Door has been malfunctioning now for 5 days and despite being told someone would call me noone has bothered. No response via email, no visit home to fix it. Their lack of care for the security of their customers is astonishing.28/01 update. Reduced the stars to 1 now as it has been almost 4 months and we're still left with a broken unit. Calls back are promised but never materialize and another customer's broken unit was fitted as a replacement, insulting! If I could report this company, I would. Regional manager still hasn't bothered to get in touch.

Great product, fitting and customer service!Alister came to fit my new garage door and arrived on time, was polite and super enthusiastic. I'm really pleased with both my new door and his workmanship; he took the trouble to demonstrate and check I could lock the door and how to unclick it from the fully open position once complete too (little things which make the difference between good service and great customer care).My garage and drive were left tidy and swept clean, and I was comfortable with Alistair having access to my garage and its contents without feeling I needed to hover. Would definitely recommend the company, product and Alister!

Just what we needed. Responded quickly to our enquiry, decent quote and lovely door supplied and fitted in a reasonable time frame. Fitters were quick, professional and tidy, explained everything as they went and the finish is great! Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

The purchase of this insulated motorised garage door was smooth from start to finish. The surveyor outlined the options and finalised the details. The door was made in their Sheffield factory and shipped to their Reading base on a Friday and an installation for the following Monday was agreed. The two installation technicians arrived around nine worked as a team with each assisting the other and by twelve or so they had cleared the old defective door and associated rubbish onto their vehicle leaving a smoothly working new door and were away.Would I use them again. As it happens my garage has a front and a rear door. When funds are in hand I plan to replace the other door. I cannot recommend the firm more highly, their estimate was in line with the final cost. I would recommend anyone planning to replace their garage door to contact and use this company. they are A1.

The display and demonstration at the showroom was good, installation was prompt and the installers were polite, efficient and explained the operating procedure well.

I chose the garage door company after a recommendation from my neighbour, I went to their showroom and was impressed with the engineering of the door and the materials that they used. My garage door is very large and after the consultant came to measure up and gave me some advice I chose a dark grey door with seven windows with a white inside. Very happy with the door I’ve chosen and the installation guys were very professional and very quick. The follow-up was very good and I was happy with the price I paid. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody that wants a quality product.

When my next-door neighbours had a new garage door fitted by the Garage Door Company, I knew I wanted one too. A quick call to my local branch resulted in a survey, an estimate (with a healthy discount), and a few weeks later, our old door was removed and a new door was installed professionally and efficiently and with the minimum of noise and disturbance. Overall, I was very impressed with the service, and with the product (and our neighbours feel the same too).

Was easy to get a quote, matched my cheapest quote and installed a good quality door. I was so pleased to deal with them from beginning. Friendly service and flexible finance solutions.The fitters were extremely good despite the challenges with my garage walls. They went out of their way to is tall the door and made sure it is all working as expected.I am very happy with my door and I highly recommend them to anyone.

The delivery was on time, the installation was on time and the boys who did it were very nice and respectful, the only thing that I didn’t love was the fact that they took half of payment on order and other half 48 hours BEFORE installation, haven’t had anyone taking FULL payment before delivery and installation.They are not the cheapest or the fastest but they do a GOOD job, I recommend and IF ever needed again, will buy from them.
