Meat is very nice. But service is poor. I went there because of very good reviews, but arrogant man behind the counter didn't left very good feeling about the place.

Just moved to the area and was looking for an excellent Butchers to replace the one I used to use…Got to say I think I have found it, popped in today and I must say they were super friendly and helpful.. the meat looked amazing and I can’t wait to fire up the bbq tomorrow.. thanks guys

ALWAYS get quality products and sound advice and always pointed in the right direction if I'm off track with what I ask for and what I want to do with it!!Not just a butcher's but a deli full of local products! In my opinion at responsible prices! You get what you pay for people!! Lol

Excellent local butcher with all the best bits about a traditional butcher, plus a great delicatessen. The shop is spotless and all the produce is very high quality. Plenty of venison, veal, wild boar and other game meats as well as some lovely BBQ ready packs in the summer (the kofta are amazing). The butchers are really helpful, friendly and always willing to joint and prepare cuts (but try to phone your request in at least a day ahead, as they are often busy serving throughout opening hours). If you haven't been here yet, you must try it - it definitely won't be your only visit!

When Covid-19 hit and Tesco closed its meat counter I was recommended to go to Highgate butcher's in Willingham. Walking through the door for the first time I knew I had hit the jackpot, greeted by friendly staff and an array of fresh meats and home made pies etc etc confidence in the produce was high. I have bought a varied selection of food from them since March 2020 and to date everything has been excellent. You won't be disappointed I'm sure so I urge you to give them a chance and go visit their shop because I think they really are a five star butchers.
