I was very disappointed I could not get any one to speak to it was important every think is online not every one as online alot ove senior citizen do not have computer that's why they use the phone

Terrible on hold 46 minutes just to be giving another number pointless then I phoned back then said your in a Que yet another hour because you want advise as it says but you don’t then phone gets cut off

Hi went in and was welcomed very politely and also I was stuck to pay for the rest of my photo graph so they said we will sort that and did thank you very much for that plus did my forms even gave me envelope and stamp so I'd you need a good advice go to loverly people in tipron I was scared at first but they made me smile and felt welcome n comfortable thanks again keep up the good work
