We bought our carpet and had it fitted from here july 2020. Within a few months it came away from the stairs in several places. I attempted to ring in December to have it sorted but due to covid it was closed. Since the shops reopened we have been trying for the shop manager to come take a look at the poor standard of fitting. unfortunately after 7 weeks and countless calls they have still yet to come out and take a look. Please do not use this shop there are plenty of other decent carpet places in the area.

Early in 2019 I have had three flats carpeted in two types of carpet1) landings and stairs — No problem2)the bedrooms of each flat in what I thought was a good quality grey carpet?Despite the flats still not tenanted the carpet upper layer has separated from the base layer giving a wrinkled effect on several of the carpets.I have absolutely no sensible response from this company with promises of site inspections by the carpet maunfactures broken time after timeI am now having to resort to reporting them to trading standards and legal redress to follow.I would avoid using this company in the futureI would have given zero stars if the system would let me
