Love going in looking at bikes hes got hes good to talk to and you can bet your bike from him is in good working order. Be a sad day when little shops like this disappear as they're friendly and affordable with a personal touch.

Used him a few times now for mountain bike repairs and I am extremely happy with the work done. Really knowledge about cycling and a craftsman. Got to say that his prices are very competitive as well. Five stars from me.

Brought my bike to Mark at Bromilows following a very bad experience at another well known large shop in Wigan.Mark was absolutely brilliant, immediately diagnosed the issues which the other shop had left untouched and my bike failing to function. Mark sourced the parts and carried out the repairs needed. He also went over and beyond by carrying out lots of other work the previous shop had failed to carry out and got my non functioning bike back to running like a new bike again.Speaking to Mark it is obvious that he is a man who takes great pride in his work, his knowledge is vast and he is willing to offer advice if needed.This now is my go to" bike shop for everything to do with my riding.I thoroughly recommend this shop and a huge Thanks to Mark for his work and getting me back on the trails in these

used to go in here when i lived across the street, knows his stuff. sorted my back wheel when the spokes went days before I was going touring and the wheel is still streight even three years on

Very helpful and pleasant when I visited. Seemed busy but still took the time to answer all my questions.

Personal service and reasonable price - a very nice guy to deal with.

Asked him to change a rear hub for me, and replace bearings and do a gear index, tried telling me he couldn’t get hold of a simple part he needed and it was going to cost me 100 quid! i decided to get the part my self and was able to first phone call i made, he charged me 30 quid just to fit a rear hub, gears hadn’t been touched and the bearings hasn’t either as they had to be replaced, bike also came back with 5 chips out of the paintwork, time to retire i think when you clearly can’t be bothered like this guy can’t, COWBOY! YEEHAA stay clear and go somewhere else.
