Ashley helped me out to today with a tricky quote for a client who is addressing a tricky probate of his late mother's estate, nothing was to much trouble and even rearranged her lunch to help now that is what you call service and you can get the same service by using the Source Insurance for your insurance needs.

Terrible experience. Cancelled policy, as got better deal elsewhere, only to discover they set up a new DD on my bank account without my knowledge or authorisation and have been taking payments for 7 months. I have no policy paperwork or any contact from them to say that a new policy and DD will be setup. Spent 25 mins on phone getting nowhere, told I would be put through to the complaints team, after being on hold for 5 mins, I was conveniently told that no one in the complaints department was available, and I will supposedly get a call later today. Bank now investigating and has been reported to the financial ombudsman.

I had to call Source today and could not be happier with how my call was handled. James K was fantastic and so considerate - he called me back rather than leaving me waiting on hold, was so personable and friendly whilst remaining professional the whole time. He helped me renew my insurance as painlessly as possible and I just felt I needed to share how fantastic he was. I have also emailed the company to share this great experience, so I hope this gets back to him somehow! Really impressed with the whole service from start to finish.

My 2 phone calls to Source this afternoon (to help me pay a premium) were really good. I was talking to a human (Helen) within only about 3 minutes and she was friendly and efficient. In contrast - Nat West took nearly 2 hours to not solve a problem and IKEA (in Germany) were rude and utterly unhelpful
