Order delivered the next day, which is excellent during the lockdown.But one of the items only had a short shelf life on it. Which can be returned at my cost, this could be improved on.

Paid for next day delivery (ordered before the deadline stated on website) but won't be here until Monday. I've had to order it all again off amazon who will deliver next day.We've had orders before when they've taken the money even though the stock isn't available.The invoices are few and far between- sometimes you get one - sometimes you don't!

Was very happy until recently. I ordered roasting bags for next day delivery but instead a sausage maker was received. I called them to explain their mistake and they refused to send out my.original order until I sent back the sausage machine, which was their mistake not mine. Very bad service and bags almost a week late because of it

Terrible Service take your order and money when they don't have the stock. Then when you chase delivery they part deliver your order while promising man yana man yana. Amazon next day delivery and its there on your doorstep !!!!

Ordered peppery umami sent Cornish seasalt and seaweed. They insisted it was correct product just been renamed. I disagreed as it did not contain any pepper. Returned at my own cost still awaiting refund nearly 2 weeks later

First Time shopper with Butchers Sundries, thought I would give them a try. I believe they sent the wrong type of Rusk. I have been a Butcher for 40 odd years, so I believe I know whats what. They Insisted I had the right product I sent them Pics and they still said I was wrong, so much for Customer Services, I asked if they were prepared to loose a new customer for £3.00 ( part of much larger Order) The reply was As discussed you received the correct Item " I rest my case !From Left

Fast delivery of products,onion seasoning and leak and Stilton seasoning’s ,the onion seasoning left a nasty after taste in my mouth and I could not taste the Stilton at all in the leak and Stilton seasoning,
