First of all, what I can is that they do wash cars fast. Is a big team there that are organized, each with his own job.I am washing my car many times here and I can say that sometimes they do a good job, and sometimes they just make it look good but if you check you will find dirt and crumbs.Maybe is recommended to go early morning when less cars are on the que.I think it is worth to try it yourself.Price is around £18 per wash in and out!

Paid £25 for a medium size car.It’s expensive for what they offer, plus their job wasn’t really good.Not even a fragrance for free, for example.

Top job. They were really thorough with cleaning my car from top to bottom. Highly recommended!

Used them to wash my car and vacuum the inside as nearest to me.Worse service I have ever received.Extremely unwelcoming staff, rude and bad language.When I arrived there was a queue, but enough space to pull in.A staff member came to me asking me what I want. I said wash outside and clean inside.Very rudley he said again what do you want, wash ? Dry? What?The he goes saying fine but it's cash only.As I had limited cash on me wanted to check I have enough money to pay so I asked how much.He then tried to open the door of my car abruptly to check inside and in same rude tone said its £25 as big car.**must say my car it not big!!I said OK thats fine.He goes saying you want or not?.... Just feel almost intimidated by his approach.I will definitely look for another hand car wash place as I do not want to come here again.I understand they are busy and trying to wash as many car and as quickly as possible, but the customer is paying for the services and ultimately their salaries and a bit of respect and welcoming approach doesn't hurt.I had to give a star.I read other people's reviews before and seems majority had similar experience.Shame...

Great experience, lovely staff. Was quoted £70 by the guy at Hilliers, but I only wanted a quick job so this was perfect and only £20. Could maybe clean the waiting room?

Went on a Monday lunchtime, place was fairly quiet, they did an excellent job for £25 (Mini-Valet, Estate Car). No problems with the customer service at all. Much better than the £65 I've been charged before up at Hillier's.

Great job, friendly & reasonably price!

Have used them several times over the years and they have been getting progressively worse. This time after they had finished" I ran my finger along the paintwork of the car and showed them all the dirt that had been left on. One of them then went to "buff" it off with a chamois and scratched the paint work even more. It was not particularly busy but I think were they are always in such a rush they do not do a particularly good job and the result is damage to the car. It has also now gone up to £35 for an SUV. I will go back to the one on Rush Hill."
