Staff prematurely returned by Vinted Parcel sent by Evri when I still had another 24hrs to collect. Staff took zero ownership and blamed the Evri system. Evri has returned parcel to seller and won't repost. Vinted won't refund because transaction is marked as complete. Now I have no refund, no items and down £15. Absolutely terrible customer service and Manager" called Kyle just hung up because they weren't going to take financial responsibility for the loss which I incurred by their actions."
