Cake Box Birmingham (Soho Road)

We bought fresh cream cake for our daughter 2nd birthday. It wasn't t the nice cake I had. We did buy cakes before but this time it wasn't nice, the pastry was raw and it was sticking to the mouth and tongue. Not worthed the price, been let down.

The cakes are delicious but huge let down from the customer service we received, the staff member serving us was very rude unfortunately, please train your staff about how to treat customers well and politely

Amazing cakes every time and they service is so great!

Lovely store with excellent customer services. The cakes are beautiful, delicious and always fresh. The store accepts credit cards and also provides a cake order service. The only downside is that there's no car parking at all, it's on Soho Road so it takes absolutely ages to get anywhere. Otherwise it would have been five stars.

If there was an option for no stars.I had ordered a cake via Uber eats on the morning of Tuesday 12th October from the Soho Road branch. To receive a message half an hour before to say they have cancelled the cake order. Tried to call the Soho Road store but they were not answering. The cake was ordered around 10am and I was notified at 5.15pm. That is poor you had all day to tell me you couldn't fulfill the order and not even a phone call out of courtesy. I was luckily enough to get a last minute from another branch. Avoid. If you want a great cake with even better service - Cake Box in Lozells.
