If you’re looking for a sales role I 100% recommend going through This Is Prime. They were very quick to contact me after my initial application, and checked in through the whole process. I had a really great experience working with Babar Hussain, James Salamon and Kyle Gallagher. All three were very helpful in finding roles for me to apply for and were great help in the prep for said applications. I had close contact with James who coached me through the process and he was very quick to provide great advice before, and feedback after my interviews! All round a really good experience with Prime. My favourite thing about the company is their aftercare, after starting my new role they stayed in touch making sure everything went smoothly and I was enjoying the role (which I am ◡̈). This Is Prime not only find roles, provide training and secure jobs, they also really care about their clients!

Overall a very positive experience. The USP of Prime compared to other recruiters (in my experience), was the due diligence done on myself as a candidate before placing me in a training session with a potential company. I had found other recruiters wanted to put me in front of clients immediately without knowing much about me. Whereas Charlotte at Prime conducted two interviews with me to gauge whether it was a good fit for both me and the potential hiring company. I liked this because it felt like more an achievement being placed on a Prime training day when compared with other companies. Finally, the training day itself actually provided useful insights into the sales world, and touched upon sales techniques. The upside to this is a Prime training day is useful and educational, even if you aren’t successful on the day.

Had the best experience working with prime. Going for your first graduate role can be tough however prime made my experience so much more comfortable and manageable. Charlotte was my consultant and I could not be more happy with how helpful she was!! From start to finish Charlotte was so thorough with the help provided making sure I was extremely well prepared for the interview process. The training day with prime was incredibly useful and definitely taught me skills that will aid me in my career in sales.
