I wanted to post this to thank Chris for his professionally excellent attention yesterday.My heavy Triumph motorcycle needed transporting up to Surrey and was stuck down a very narrow overgrown lane.Chris manoeuvred his flatbed to this very awkward location with aplomb, loaded my precious cargo securely, with care and understanding and delivered it to Triumph quickly and efficiently.He was in constant contact with me before, during and after the operation, and thoughtfully reported the successful delivery to ease my concerns.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris and Ravenscroft to anyone in need.

Absolutely fanatic service. My Horsebox broke down on a Sunday afternoon and the first guy was there so fast to see if he could get it started again. It needed to be towed so he arranged for one of his colleagues to come and tow it to my chosen destination. Both guys were extremely helpful and friendly!

Broke down at 9pm on the side of Mountbatten Way, called AA and waited to send out a diagnostics team, they diagnosed the problem at 1:30am and then drove off! I was told that I wouldn’t have a recovery team out until 3:45. Instead Ravenscroft arrived at 2:10, with the can preheated and proceeded to be possibly the nicest, most down to earth gentleman I’ve had the privilege to deal with.I can’t remember the guys name who came out to me, but as two stranded women who had been waiting since 9pm, he made us feel instantly comfortable and at ease. Made sure me and my friend got through our doors safely. 10/10 service and if you did come out to us last night. Thank you, we will be eternally grateful for your kindness.

Excellent service this morning. I called the AA after my car had broken down. The guy from Ravenscroft was here within an hour and a half and took it off straight away. Really friendly service and will definitely be using them again!

I just wanted to write it to say a huge thank you to Stuart Graham, who was my recovery driver yesterday.I had quite a scary experience on the M4 and was very shaken by it. I felt very alone and I didn’t really know what I should do. After waiting hours and being driven to Reading services then waiting another 3 hours in the dark, Stuart arrived.He really put me at ease and made me feel secure and safe. He made sure I had everything I needed and talked me through the process. He also chatted to me the whole journey to the next services. I felt so much calmer having been with him and I started to relax.He really did go the extra mile and made sure that I got into the taxi safely, he checked the taxi drivers ID and made sure I had everything. This was very kind of him, as I knew that he didn’t have to do that, but obviously could tell I was feeling vulnerable on my own. I’ve had bad experiences in taxis in the past, so this was exactly what I needed.He was extremely professional and very comforting to me, such a lovely person to talk to and make me feel more comforted about what was happening. It was about 12 hours in total from the time I called RAC to getting home, and he made all the difference to me.Even though I was unlucky for my car to break down, I felt very lucky that it was Stuart who was called out to me.Thank you so much,

My car broke down on the M3 yesterday, between Fleet services and the A339 to Basingstoke, at around 10.30 am. The breakdown recovery man, I believe his name was Chris, was amazing. Myself and my niece were on our own with our two dogs. He acted quickly to get us to safety and was very reassuring. He took us to the nearest garage and we were able to get the car fixed and continue our journey to Cornwall for our holiday. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

On 3rd October the clutch went on my little car. I was so relieved to see breakdown truck arrive . Nathan was the driver and I can't speak highly enough of the great service he provided. He drove me from Ferndown to the garage and my home in Plymouth.He was very professional and such a nice friendly person, he put me at ease and made the trip bearable Thank you once again Nathan.

Massive thank you to the most helpful guy who recovered my vehicle and me from the M27/M271 this evening after my tyre had blown at rush hour coming home from work. Cannot fault the recovery, quick, efficient much quicker than the time anticipated. 5 Stars. Amazing service and so helpful
