Second review in quick succession. The experience in purchasing flooring from TCM was so good, we decided to return to look at the beds. Once again, Josh spent ages with us working out which was best and within budget from the huge selection in the showroom. His product knowledge helped and we did not hesitate to order a bed from him. A week later, the bed was delivered - it is perfect, incredibly comfortable. The installation team were excellent - showed great respect for the cottage and the carpets (which they laid). Another really happy customer. Thanks....First time using TCM and completely delighted with the entire experience. Huge selection in the store and Josh was amazing in helping identify the coverings to suit us. TCM refitted the whole house - LVT, carpets and vinyl. The quality of the products are excellent and the fitting team could not have been more helpful and accommodating in our requests.Excellent value for money complemented with top-class service.

Just had some extensive work carried out, including stair carpet and landing area and Karndean flooring throughout the kitchen and utility area. Tom and the team at TCM are very helpful and there is a great choice of product. Pricing is good and I prefer to buy local if I can. The work was carried out on time, very efficiently, the house was left clean and tidy. The overall look is very pleasing. There was very minor snagging post completion and this was dealt with without fuss and very quickly. The overall experience has been very good and I would use them again.

I've used TCM on a few different projects over the years. I rarely take the time to leave reviews- but this family run business warrants a 5* recommendation. They've always looked after us with competitive prices for quality carpets, meet our demands with fitting times and provided an excellent fitting finnish. Showroom off Tudor Street has an extensive selection of display carpets and the team are very helpful. Support small businesses and shop local. Wouldn't go anywhere else for carpets!

Ordered two new ottoman beds for our children and new flooring for both bedrooms . Excellent prices for all items.We had our floors fitted to a very high standard in no time, we then had both beds delivered the day after and put together by Josh.Very high standard of service from everyone at TCM carpets .

Excellent service. Through NO fault of TCM, there was a flaw in the carpet we had fitted, but TCM' response was A1. Will definitely recommend this company.

Lovely family owned business. Fantastic selection of carpets and beds really competatively priced. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Just had LVT in the kitchen fitted by young Tom and it looks amazing. Bed also purchased and delivered. Assembled by 2 very courteous and respectful drivers.
