The Dutch Pancake House
I guess it is personal taste and what you choose but I did not enjoy my pancake. My son enjoyed his huge ice-cream sundae. The staff are absolutely lovely . So friendly and attentive. It is nice strolling round the nature trail and looking round the aquarium.

The venue and staff were nice but none of us thought much of the pancakes. I had the bacon and maple , and my daughter's had the banana chocolate and cinnamon and lemon. Now we are a family of pancake lovers so our expectations may be higher than some. The coffee was also not great at all. It's a real shame, such a great place and well you only do one thing, so do it well. Just my opinion. If you are sitting outside, be careful of the wasps. My wife had the soup, which was lovely .

What a fantastic day visiting the Dutch Pancake House. We were recommended by a lady at the cafe at Conwy Castle! Must admit, was not disappointed. Service was fantastic. Lady who served us spoke away, had such an impressive manner, and was so lovely. Will definitely visit when I'm next in Wales!

The Dutch Pancake House
Yummy! The food is always excellent, well cooked, full of ingredients and was keenly eaten. On this last occasion, it was quiet but the staff created a fantastic and fun atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone who likes pancakes, both savoury and sweet. Make sure you have enough room for one of each, or you may be in trouble from one of the staff like I was (you know who you are!!) Love it - see you soon.

The Dutch Pancake House
I came across the Dutch Pancake House after climbing Snowden and burning almost 2000 kcals. I thought, what better way to celebrate than to eat a stack of pancakes and regain all the calories I lost from the hike. So that's exactly what I did. With a few friends, we reserved a seat in advance (due to Covid restrictions) and ordered 2 pancakes each. With 8 pancakes in total, we had a good spread from the menu. Some chocolate pancakes, lemon and sugar, bacon and maple just to name a few...these guys have a huge variety to pick from. The pancakes were decent! European style, not the fat american stacks you might be expecting. These were about the size of a plate and topped generously. My only complaint about this place is that the chocolate pancakes weren't the best, even though I would expect them to be the most popular. Instead of using (what tasted like) a cheap chocolate sauce, maybe opt for Nutella or a diced up chocolate bar?Overall however, the Dutch Pancake House was a real treat and I can't fault the sweet service and quality pancakes they make. Would visit again.

Wow, amazing all round. All the staff were friendly. The chef came and spoke to us personally as we had a child with food allergies and made sure he knew exactly our needs. The food was really top quality. Will definitely revisit

The Dutch Pancake House
We were staying at the local campsite and had decided to visit the Dutch Pancake House. We could only go on the Wednesday as it was closed on Monday and Tuesday. I knew this from the website. What I didn't know is that we had to book a table as this is not mentioned. However, one of our fellow campers told us, so we did ring and book before we got there. After a walk round the water gardens, which was OK considering it was free to get in (you don't get much for free these days) we went for our Pancakes. We were served with our drinks straight away so by the time our pancakes came we had already finished our drinks. Ideally, the drinks should come with the meal, not 20 minutes before it. We all had a large Welsh Beauty which was delicious. I do think that they need to get rid of the stupid booking system though. While we were sat there waiting, there were eight empty tables and yet they were turning people away! However, we will definitely visit there again as we really enjoyed the pancakes.

Hidden Gem !!!Arrived today ( on Saturday around 2 ish ) and lots of table were reserved. Staffs were super friendly and managed to get us a table. Plenty of choices to order. We ordered ham, cheese & mushroom pancake and Indonesian pancake, both in medium size. Very good portion size and reasonable price. Will definitely be back.
