Faye was amazing and very professional. My right ear had been giving me trouble/affecting my hearing on and off for about a month so I decided to book in with Faye on the strength of the reviews and I'm so happy I did. Faye took a look at both ears and explained that my right ear was blocked. Faye then explained everything brilliantly, calmly, then gently and expertly removed the hard-to-reach wax and my hearing was immediately restored. Thank you so much, Faye. By far the best care and treatment. Highly recommend.

Faye was absolutely brilliant and supportive, from our first phone-call and then the appointment, when she was expertly able to remove some very hard to reach wax, and in one ear I had no idea needed it, immediately improving my hearing in both ears. Kind and supportive and a great job.
