Bristol Central Accident Repair Centre

Twice now I've been there through my insurance...yes they do a good job at repairing my car but twice now the cars come back with marks or scratches on it....first time I spotted it when collecting the car so they repaired it...2nd time I've just noticed the marks about a week later so I can't do nothing about it

Worst company ever encountered. Car repair not sorted properly. Car was painted without repairing all accident dents. Car returned with masking tape not removed. Missing trim parts. Interior of the vehicle was not valeted and covered in body shop dust.Complained and returned the car to the company with a list of issues. Still came back with complaint issues not sorted.If you want a proper body shop then look elsewhere.

Can't really fault as they kept us upto date the only thing they need to improve on is there skills on telling you that you will not get a courtesy vehicle until they have looked at the vehicle and If its classed as a quite off you will not get one.otherwise the staff where friendly,polite and Helpful

Avoid at all costs!!!Worst company repairer ever!My car went in to the repairer for a 15 day repair took more then double the time following month I got my car back for it to still have problems with the wheel alignment and they said that it’s not accident related when I had all the wheel alignment done a month before with Proof and was even done by pro tyre next to there company, the number plate I had put on had black tap all over my car where they didn’t cut it to size, missing bolts and trim in the engine bay and wheel arches, the car come back to me aboustly filthy inside and the engine bay was filled with dust!Company is shambles not helpful at allWould avoid this company at all costs!

My car was booked into this accident repair centre by my insurers on 27th July and on 6th September I am still awaiting the repair. I have been cancelled twice and fobbed off with various excuses, ranging from Covid to the incorrect part having arrived. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Firstly, repairs were well done and car was cleaned so no problems there, the issue was that I was told that it would be “5 days, maybe a little longer” thinking a couple of days. Ended up being without my car for a month, spending out more on fuel and had no communication as to when it would be ready for. I had to call up only to be brushed off. If you can’t handle the amount of work, do a proper assessment before you take someone’s car on. It will save you both time and hassle

Although a little disorganized in the office and outside the garage I was very impressed with receiving a profession quote from the team which was sent to me within 3 hours. This was greatly appreciated. Hoping this quality service continues in the repair of my car.

My insurance company sent my car here for its repair. The car was collected on 6th nov and repair was completed by 19th nov. Really impressed with there communication during the time they had my car. Went to collect my car on 19th and was pleasantly surprised to see my car had been fully valeted too. Thanks you for looking after my car. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

As I went to wash my car I noticed the dent is still on the door. I called up the manager and since explaining my concerns , I have been avoided. They still have not fixed the problem and they don't even want to know.Avoid business like this. They clearly have no more concerns after you pay they wash there hands of you.

Couldn't recommend this company enough. The service that i received in particular from Dawn has been incredible. She went way and above for me, to ensure i had a courtesy car. The work carried out on my car has been brilliant. Thank you.
