After working for Best Connection walsall I'm going to leave a review of be aware, the company I was placed with made several references to invoices being wrong (difficult to understand when you fill in timesheet) and I booked 3 days holiday which I was entitled and my payslip didn't include this, after ringing the office and NEVER getting a phone call back as promised (this goes to you Sam) I was told my owed money would be paid late on the following Monday but she was going to call me back but didn't again this is not acceptable, you fail to get things right and I won't be doing any further work for the agency. No-one can be bothered to help you so

Very frustrating when they ask you to work on a Saturday then don't give you any work also they didn't pay me for work for two weeks after the work due to forgetting to sort it.Not the best way to work with your staff.

I signed up to The Best Connection in order to get work as a class 2 driver. Being a new pass meant it was hard to even get to the interview stage, let alone in a vehicle.I had already signed up to another agency but they were trying to send me on assignments that their client wouldn't have agreed to due to their insurance requirements. Because I like to go and visit the company, and speak to the person in charge of fleet management beforehand, I was able to make sure that their client wasn't left without the driver they needed, and stopped the agency from looking bad. Something I shouldn't have had to do. With The Best Connection I have not had any issues like that at all. I get my assignments and I always try to introduce myself the day before so I know what I am doing and the client knows what to expect. I hope it shows a level of professionalism from and in turn, reflects well on everyone at The Best Connection.Signing up is a fairly simple process and Neil, who got me signed up, is brilliant. He gives me assignments when they're available and at no point have I ever felt like I couldn't refuse an assignment because it wasn't for me. Along with Neil I have also dealt with Shawn's, who again is an absolute pleasure to speak with, and I can only assume the whole team at the Walsall branch are the same.Overall, if you're looking to get into work quickly, especially as a new pass Class 2 driver, Speak to Neil and get signed up. He will find you work pretty quickly. You will not be disappointed.
