Cannot recommend Tom highly enough! A thoroughly nice guy, who helped transport our new puppy to us, with excellent communication and reassurance throughout. Obviously loves animals and their welfare appears of utmost importance to him. Our 8 week old pup arrived calm and happy after a long journey. A first class service!

Tom was great. He is clearly very experienced and was really reassuring throughout plans for a long trip. Our bengal kitten arrived bang on time this morning and has settled almost immediately. Highly recommended!

From a breeders point of view- I would use Tom in a heart beat. He was very understanding and supported our little baby on her journey to her new parent!He helped and answers all my questions.Great lad. Thank you

Excellent service from start to finish. As soon as the job was approved Tom was on the phone to sort the finer details out. From pick up to drop off Tom was in contact. Also pictures and a video was sent at the halfway point so we could see our dog, Petra. Also the price of the move was very fair as I had a few quotes and Tom's was excellent value. I would or shall be using Tom again for sure. Grand job all round.

Tom was really, professional, caring and timely when transporting my dog. He kept in regular contact during transportation & called to confirm two days before as well. He cared about my dogs well-being throughout his journey and made it as calm for the dog as possible.

Professional and friendly service by Tom at Your Pets Travel. Clear communication about what would happen on the day and regular updates throughout Berties journey to London. Tom even checked in during the evening to see how Bertie had settled in! Would highly recommend to anyone needing a pet courier service and will definitely use again. Thanks again! :-)

This service was truly excellent from start to finish! All questions were quickly answered and communication was brilliant throughout the process.Our beautiful little puppy was brought to us in the most efficient and caring manner - she was well rested and happy, even after a 5-hour journey.There are many added value aspects to this service which provide comfort to dog owners, including microchip scanning, on-the-road live tracking and a real care for the wellbeing of the pet.5 stars is not enough.

I highly recommend Your Pets Travel. Tom was amazing taking our pup from one location to another and making sure she was well looked after. I really appreciated the updates he sent during the journey, including videos to reassure us she was doing great! The whole process was very well organised and communication was great! We would definitely use this service again!
