Amazing experience. Provided details on the car straight away. When I collected car had been valeted and they allowed me to test drive before buying.When I got home I realised that I had left my iPad in the car I had part exchanged, staff were fantastic and posted it to me at no extra charge:Brilliant service and will be going back to them for all my future cars.

I had a few issues with the original car purchased however this was resolved efficiently with an exchange. I am very happy with my new vehicle and appreciate the help and support received. I do feel they would help with any issues I may have in future

Just purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Elvi Motors not pushy at all and great customer service from start to finish. Had a delay with the finance and they arranged a courtesy car free of charge. Happy to recommend very happy customer :)

Avoid at all costs, brought a car from here. Couple minor issues within 2-3 weeks. Tried to speak to them to resolve these. Just kept getting ignored and brushed aside, then told the main guy has apparently left so this new guy cant do anything for me. Just con artists. Amazing til they have your money

I bought a VW Touran from Elvi Motors around two weeks ago. It was a friendly workshop selling genuine cars. After purchase of the car, I got the car checked and took it back to Elvi motors for small fixes. They did a wonderful job and met all my expectations especially Alex. Good communication and excellent customer service with an easy to access location. I am very happy with the car and my experience. I recommend this car dealership.

Bought a Jaguar XF a few months ago at a reasonable price. Nice, easy transaction with a free delivery. I had a check engine light on my dashboard a few weeks after buying. Told the dealership and they fixed it for me with no extra cost. The car drives smooth and I'm glad I bought my car from here.

I bought a Jaguar from Elvi Motors hassle free service. Gearbox fault was showing on dashboard after 4 months of ownership I took the car back to Elvi and Avni was fantastic to deal with. They diagnosed the problem it needed a gearbox service and re calibration they completed the fix all under warranty and car is running a dream since. Car was fairly priced when bought and service was great from start to finish! 5 stars from me!
