I bought a long awaited break for my daughter and her family at the the Island Time accommoadation. On arrival the kettle was broken with wires coming out of the plug, there was lipstick on the towels, the balcony door handle was broken and the buildings work they mention, was a massive site right outside a bedroom window with cranes and lots of noise from 8am every morning. After speaking to someone on the day we arrived about all the issues, they ensured someone would come over first thing the following morning to fix them. My daughter waited in for them as she didn't want to leave the key out for them as they had their belongings including cash in the property. The member of staff didn't turn up and she was not told and as a result wasted the the whole morning waiting for them The member of staff finally came out on day 3 to fix the problems. Staff at this company are rude and only appear to be interested in making money rather than giving their customers the relaxed stay as stated on their website. There was no offer to compensate for 3 days of the holiday being interupted, or for the fact their cleaning team clearly don't check the property is up to the highest standards for the next paying guest. Very disapointing. All corespondance with staff has been shocking. They didn't seem to care a holiday was disrupted due to lack of care from various staff members.

Booked for a week in late September, very easily done and their prices were super competitive.Also took advantage of their heavily discounted Ferry bookings with Wight Link.Just before departure we had an illness that meant we needed to cancel at 2 days notice.All handled perfectly and we even received a refund of our Ferry tickets

Stayed at the Grange in Wootton isle of wight. Booked this with the Island Holiday Company. Shannon, Sharon and team were fantastic very professional and attentive and any questions or queries were answered straight away. Highly recommended will deffo book again.

We stayed at Seagrass Beachfield Road, Sandown IOWThe house was extremely well equipped, cosy and clean.David the owner was extremely accommodating and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.We would highly recommend staying here and will be returning ourselves in the not too distant future.

We booked with The Island Holiday Company to stay at Leopards Barn in Havenstreet for a week, and both our stay at the property as well as the service we received from Shannon at The Island Holiday company was exceptional.Leopards Barn is a gorgeous barn conversion and is really spacious with plenty of room to relax after a long day out exploring the Isle of Wight. We had also booked Leopards Barn as it has a secure enclosed garden and this was perfect for our dog.Unfortunately when we left to come home, I accidentally left some personal items (some with great sentimental value) behind at the property. Shannon immediately organised for these items to be sent back to me and was extremely helpful in sorting everything out, which I really appreciated.We would definitely use The Island Holiday Company when visiting The Isle of Wight again, so thank you!

We stayed at the good ship , fab location , park the car up , everything in walking distance and sea at the end of the street , super quiet at night , so relaxing after a good walk with the dog , everything you need in the Appartment, Would highly recommend and will return , have stay in multiple Apartments around the shanklin area and this is by far my favourite dog friendly set .

The 1 Star review relates to The Island Holiday Company who are the management company and is about our stay at Belle Vue: (Aug 22)“I waited a week after I got home to write this review, as I wanted to cool firstly – I am still very angry!This is our second stay in the Belle Vue apartment this summer and what a marked difference (and in no way is this a good way).Where to start?• Half-drunk milk in the fridge from the previous holiday makers – not a great find! Yuck!• Dirty plates (main and side plates) and dirty mugs in the cupboards, interspersed with what looked like possibly clean plates – we are not talking dried on food from the dishwasher, we are talking about smeared on grease and crumbs and greasy crumb finger prints. Obviously, we had to wash every dish, cutlery and glassware in the apartment, as there was no trust now that any of it was clean…• Heinous smell from the kitchen floor when we arrived, which looked like half the water from last week’s tall flower vase (that ponged and there was a large amount of water on the kitchen floor – there should have been no way on earth that the cleaner would miss this)• Then we find in the bedrooms little signs saying if the bedding is not used to leave the sign on the bed to save washing…! Yes, great for the environment and saves costs for the owners – BUT we are still in a global COVID Pandemic. Previous holiday makers may not have slept on the beds, but they might have put their suitcases on them, coughed in the room, put their used clothes on these beds… who knows? This is a rubbish idea in a PandemicIn short, we did not feel relaxed in a dirty apartment – we could not be more disappointedThis is a real shame, as this has been a lovely apartment and location – but you have really been let down by your cleaners and your policy of reusing bed linenFrankly, especially as a repeat customer this year, I am furious!”This terrible experience in itself is bad enough. The Island Holiday Company’s response made this even worse!The Island Holiday Company was beyond awful:There was no actual apology, but told that they were sorry that on this occasion it did not meet our expectations – what? You mean, clean?The Island Holiday Company complained that we had not informed them of any issues that arose during our stay, so they weren’t able to address these for us. So – we get there 5pm Saturday and find it dirty and think to get the same cleaner back in? It was unlikely to have a cleaner come out on a Saturday evening, or on a Sunday…Their response then went to say that they hoped to see us again on our next visit to the Isle of Wight!I then responded that this was not an adequate response and that we fixed the issues ourselves on the slovenly and disgusting finds in the apartment that their cleaner had failed to do and that I had told The Island Holiday Company a week post the holiday and that I had expected a better response or a call and that the proforma shoulder shrugging response is beyond poor and very unprofessionalTerrible cleanliness and terrible post customer service! Basically, blaming me for the fact that I did not tell them that the apartment was disgustingly dirty that time – somehow this dirty apartment that I dared to complain about was my fault?The worst part is that the apartment is nice, I know as I stayed there twice this summer. This second time was disgusting though and being basically told its our fault for not letting them know that the place was dirty made us feel unvalued as customers and disregarded in what is a real problem. At any time, a dirty apartment is not okay, but in a time of the Covid Pandemic, this is particularly problematicPost this terrible customer after care response, personally, if I owned this property, I’d change the management cleaning provider pronto to one of the many other (frankly great) ones on the Isle of Wight. I have stayed at Napoleons Landing Sandown in other apartments in other years and never have we had poor service or dirty, gross apartments to stay in – I am truly appalled!

I stayed here whilst working on Isle of Wight for 3 nights. Very well located close to High Street bars & restaurants, beautifully decorated and a lovely decking area. Exceptionally clean, comfy beds and really well equipped for self catering. I would highly recommend for both business or leisure and will definitely stay again when I next visit.
