I am so grateful to have found Claire and be on the receiving end of the Bowen technique - not only has it really improved my back ache and my posture, but her knowledge on why it is good for me, and her caring approach towards my lifestyle has really helped me to query why I had a backache in the first place!Claire goes above and beyond, she even made me my own Aromatherapy oil, complete with tincture, and I am a big fan of her prodcuts and services - I'll be back for more! ☺

I have had a good few massages in the past due to my work, and Claire tops the bill, very experienced, I would use her every time, always come away feeling deeply relaxed and smoothed out, I have also brought face oils which I have to say are amazing and make my skin flawless. Bowen treatment with Claire has been nothing short of life changing for me. After suffering with sciatica for nearly a decade and trying all different types of modalities to get some relief. It is Bowen therapy with Claire that has proved more effective than osteopathy, chiropractors, acupuncture and Physio. I had almost immediate improvement after just two sessions, and I have continued to see Claire once or twice a month for the last six months. I’m now back to exercising and doing a whole host of things that just didn’t seem possible before because everything aggravated my nerve pain. I’m still careful and mindful I know my limits but my pain now is so infrequent (just once in the last 6 months) compared to the weekly episodes I used to experience. Claire’s a kind and intuitive practitioner and for anyone with back issues I really recommend giving Bowen a try. I’d never heard of it and it was just a chance encounter that led me to it after I’d exhausted every other avenue - I wish I’d heard of it years ago.
