Terrible customer service.Came to drop my amazon 3 parcels and got turned off by the stuff. At first he was saying that he got no place where to put my parcel?! Then after i showed him that there is actually a space he started complaining that all my parcels should be in one box, which is nonsense as at first they have been delivered separately and second each parcel had a return label where it was clearly visible that this parcels were from the same order. Decided to investigate this incident and reported to Amazon where i got support and understanding and my items were refunded. If this place is advertising itself as drop off point then a stuff has to make that they can actually provide this type of service and be a little bit more helpful to their customers otherwise its a waste of time.

Don't offer returns service they supposedly do. Excuses have been varied each time I've failed to use their service. Staff are very rude.

I always stop by to drop off parcels and I'm impressed by their wide range of craft beer and snacks. The staff there are so nice and helpful. Awesome neighbourhood shop. 5 stars. F.L.

This guy is so unhelpful and rude. Did not accept my parcel even was within the limits. Overpriced . Wilk nake an official complaint to Evri .

For anyone using the parcel service it is NOT the same time as opening hours. Should be clearly stated on the website/somewhere but isn’t. Very strict about it as well. A few minutes late and forget it.

I took 3 parcels to send via Hermes here, and they were extremely helpful and generous with their time. I have had bad experiences at almost every other Hermes drop off point I have been to, but Riva News and Wine are a rare exception, in that they actually welcome customers dropping off packages, and helped with the label printer. I have also bought a few beers from the shop and am very impressed with the selection. A real asset to White Hart Lane / Barnes!

Great customer service.They have wide range of craft beer and some exclusive range of crisps & nuts. I loved these products and definitely recommend everyone to visit the store personally & explore range of products which you do not find in big superstores.

I must say I tried to contact the owner before making this review and unfortunately I couldn't as the same member of staff that was rude towards me didn't want to provide me with the stores email or some form of contact ot the owner.I never make bad reviews I don't think it's the way to go but when someone is rude and impolite to you for no reason their actions should be known.I have been visiting this shop on an almost daily basis for the past few months, I drop a lot of my packages there.I must say I have never had a bad experience at the shop everyone was almost very nice but that changed yesterday.I went to the shop to drop some packages and unfortunately forgot to weigh my parcels, I normally buy packaging at home but I was in a hurry and decided to do it arriving at the store. The shop was empty only one staff member and me, I asked when I come in if by any chance they would have a scale they could borrow me because I forgot to weigh my parcels, the member of staff said no, I said thank you and went to the back to start but my postage and print my labels.I had done two of them when I'm doing my last package the member of staff approaches me asking Do you need any help?" I answered

I don't often leave reviews of but the guys here are so deserving of praise ... Always cheerful and accommodating. Having a local EVRI service is such a benefit. I'm so grateful to have a store with long opening hours providing this service. These guys really are so helpful. I was concerned today about leaving my dog outside and they understood and let me bring her in while I quickly printed a label. Truly the best.
