Windermere is a great cattery with caring hosts. The pens are roomy, and I understand there is also air con, so you can be assured your cat will be comfortable should it get hot. We received photo/video updates during our cat's stay, and it was obvious he was relaxed and getting individual attention. We'd be more than happy to send him here again.

Fantastic cattery. Very accommodating had to make an emergency travel. Fast reply to emails. Clean, tidy and very friendly. They had no issues with giving medication twice a day. I got an video update which was lovely to see my cat settling in. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Thank you so much for looking after Dixie for just over a month. Thank you for being able to help me out with the extention of 12 days I would have been stuck. The constant photos and updates put my mind at ease thank you. She returned home like she hadn't been away.

It was our Cat's first time in a cattery and we were very happy with the care she received at Windermere Cattery. Our cat was happy when we came to collect her and we also received several photo and video updates throughout the week of our cat. Would recommend we had no worries leaving our cat here.

We always take Millie to Windermere. Lynne is lovely and very accomodating. Its always nice to receive the photos and videos of Millie whilst we are away.
