Kelvin carried out work in our home earlier this year to create an open plan kitchen/diner from two separate rooms. The work consisted of removing internal walls and replacing with RSJ,s, creating an opening for bifold doors and inserting a Catnic lintel as well as fitting of a new kitchen with new boiler and appliances. All structural work was carried out in compliance with a structural survey and was signed off by local authority building inspector. Kelvin project managed all work and coordinated all the trades that were involved in the work. The trades people he used completed their work to a high standard and in compliance with building regs and the work was certificated where necessary. This was a big job which inevitably threw up some issues, however Kelvin was able to offer advice when required and was always professional and conscientious. We were very happy with all the work carried out and are enjoying our new space. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Kelvin and the trades he uses in future and would be happy to recommend him.

I would highly recommend Kelvin and the team following the excellent job they did at re-flooring our lounge/dining room/hallway.
