I've always been impressed with the level of high-class service I've received over a lengthy period of time, dating back to 2006. This was my first chosen local estate agency and after 14 years I'm pleased to say that I still use thier servies and have never went to another agency, and rightfully so.The professionalism, customer service as well as customer care has always been the deciding factor to keep returning. I've found Mr Abrar to be very genuine, sincere, thoughtful and usually goes the extra mile. Diligent and rather apt in his customer service.It would come as no surprise that I highly recommend this local estate agency. I have to say the service was great, i had to cancle on the last minute twice yet they still didnt turn me down and still took interest in me, where as most others wouldnt entertain you if you cancled twice. Very professional, make sure the property was the right one for your budget and not just try and sell a house. Would defo use them again if ever needed

One of the best estate agents i have used. They have been dealing with my properties for over 10 yrs. They really look out for their clients. They keep me informed of the various guidelines and provide partial advice to look after my interests. They have also made my selling and buying transition as smooth as possible. No stars from us. As a landlord, we could never recommend this company. Ensure you independently ask your tennants what rent they are paying because Oak Tree Estates will tell you that tennants are not willing to pay more even as they secretly raise their rent and pocket the raise. After several years of having to top up our monthly mortgage instalment, we went through a lot of hassle to change to another letting agent. Thankfully, these are professionals and we now receive a small income too.

Been using them for almost a decade now they manage multiple properties and I can assure you hiring oak tree was the best decision I’ve ever made.

My experience with these letting agents have exceeded expectations. Being a female with little to none experience or knowledge of this industry meant i was very reluctant and unsure about processes and procedures of letting a property. Everything was explained to me step by step and i was always made to feel comfortable and confident in the service I received. The staff are very professional, responsive and always keep you informed. I would highly recommend Oak Tree Estates if you want a 5 star service!!!
