Colchester Hot Tubs

We had such a great experience with Colchester Hot Tubs. First time for us but it couldn't have gone any smoother; Stacey's customer service is phenomenal, she goes above and beyond. We really enjoyed our family time in the tub, the kids thought it was amazing and we can't wait to book again soon!

Amazing service, communication and delivery going above and beyond all expectations!Stacey was helpful throughout and reassuring that she was at the end of the phone with any problems or concerns. She was amazing at helping me achieve a great surprise birthday treat for my partner, which he loved. Products are superb, and service was fully covid friendly.Would recommend to all!! Loved it!!

Start to finish, Colchester Hot Tubs have been fantastic! Communication has been brilliant from the beginning. Stacey is so lovely; she's polite, quick to respond to queries and a pleasure to deal with. The set up was super quick and easy. I was a bit nervous about the chemical part of the hire but I was quickly put at ease with a thorough yet simple demo which was easy to follow. So friendly yet professional! I have no hesitation in recommending Colchester Hot Tubs and will most definitely be hiring a tub from them in the future! Thank you so much guys!

Absolutely amazing experience stacey and her team are fabulous great communication always get back to you via email or Instagram the set up is very straight forward we hired a small tub with the extra cup holders led light speaker and gazebo everything is explained at set up and instructions are written down absolutely loved it used day and night, I found it totally relaxing and helped me sleep!! fun was had by us all would totally recommend and you won't regret it so book now!!

Can’t fault the amazing service from Phil & Alan. Excellent communication when booking and for set up, brilliant clean pool with a super friendly and professional set up service - totally hassle free! The team were excellent and got a small issue with our pool sorted immediately with no fuss. All the chemicals and everything you need for a great time (speaker, disco light etc) are included and in great condition, as well as super clear instructions on when and how to use chemicals! Will definitely book again, and our friends were so impressed they have booked too! Very happy!!

10/10. Absolutely fantastic service from Stacey and her team. Hired a 6 person tub for a family barbecue and it was delivered and set up within 15 minutes. Really easy to use and everyone love it. Will definitely be using Colchester Hot Tubs again in the future. Great knowledgable service at a great price
