Such a good experience!! Was very easy checking everything in - all very smooth. Had a stressful moment losing my key but Martin was so so kind about the whole thing and solved this problem for me very quickly and kindly. Definitely my go-to storage company, you’d be silly to go anywhere else !

Opening hours are awful. Paying customers should be able to access our storage 24/7 or at least until 10/11pm and before 8:30am. Awful.

Efficient and friendly staff. Central location if you live around Angel/Old Street Station. Rahim at the Islington store helped arrange everything and it was seamless! Would recommend this location.

Decent amount of room for parking/loading; two big lifts and a clean, secure operation. Paul was super-helpful in explaining how everything worked. Just wish they’d been able to open a little earlier on Sunday to accommodate my removal team.

Used them a few years ago and was very convinient due to having 24 hour access. This unfortunately is no longer the case, rang today and was told it's no longer standard and at their discretion, requiring approval before signing.Was told my situation, potentially requiring late night access a couple of times in the next 6 months, they would not cater for. Thankfully they were overwise pleasant to deal with and promptly cancelled the reservation I had placed when requested

The service quality was truly exceptional the team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It’s such an anxiety inducing experiencing packing your life in storage but Carlos, Martin,Nick and Sam made it so much easier. I’m looking forward to coming back and this time will bring biscuits .

The front desk team were great and went out of their way to help us on several occasions. We were using the space during a particularly intense house move and so their support and professionalism made this stressful experience a lot easier to handle. Having access to a shop with additional packing materials on site was also very useful. They also recommended a removals company who were outstanding and having someone trusted who knew the site made a big difference for us. Would 100% recommend.
