I love Cosmetize - I buy several hair products from them at very competitive prices. They are quick to dispatch and the parcels come in good time. The packaging is economical and I appreciate the minimal plastic usage. The products have always arrived in good condition and been correct. I tend to buy Cantu for kids and Taliah Waajid hair conditioners, detangling products and styling custards from them.

First time shopping with this company and I'm impressed. I ordered on Thursday evening by Saturday morning the postman was delivering my order. All the items were extremely well packaged to stop any leakage and breakage, this will now be my go to site as their prices are also very competitive...

I paid for a specific delivery, but had to pay an extra €16 on arrival because Cosmetize didn’t cover the costs properly, despite charging me.I have sent several emails with no reply, and their “support” line is busy every single time you call.Ripped off and ignored….

I have ordered from here for the first time I have emailed called yet nothing I ordered some products one was incorrect they sent me something else which had expired the other is missing I have asked for them to correct this but nothing I’m owed my money back at least I would avoid using this store because they don’t even correct there mistakes very unprofessional company I’m still chasing this weeks later. I have sent proof on photos of the mistake and wrong items given but just have ignored every email do companies still do things like this? It’s appalling

There was confusion with my parcel so it ended up being rejected. I emailed the company to get it redirected. Which they did! Did not need to chase it up - was given tracking details. Happy with my oils. Packaged and sealed securely. The process was smooth and streamlined! I would buy from this company again. 5 stars all around! Thank you.

This shop is reliable if you are searching for a variety of hair and beauty products. I was looking for a product during lockdown, and I could not find a cheaper price. Then I found this shop and the price added to the delivery was not deal compered to other online shops that I was comparing, even to amazon. Then I couldn’t wait five day to receive the product as I would have expected but it arrived to me in three day!Reliable and fast delivery!

Absolutely awful service, I placed a order to go to another address but the item turned up at my home so I had to take it and send it wasting money as I'd just paid delivery fee.I've spoken to the company but nobody cares no apology or reimbursement etc if delivery fee. I've emailed twice no response and now suddenly their phone line is disconnected.
