Broadway Blinds The Finishing Touch Limited

Young gentleman that came to measure up for my blinds, was very polite, helpful and funny.will definitely be putting in another order for blinds.

Very disappointed with service, 2 different guy's came to measure the window still got it wrong, blinds railing short..what a nightmare no sign on management..still waiting for them to sort it out.Please get your facts right , I did not ask for the money to be reduced the fitter kindly offered to reduce the money because the rail was faulty it did not open or close the blinds from the string. He noticed it and discussed the issue and said he will try to solve it after he has had a word back at the office. I tried to get in touch with staff I was told by receptionist there is no owner or management present, all on a lengthy holiday. After he had gone I was left with 4 straps of blinds , I am 10 inches of the rail short on each side. The reason I got a new rail was because I couldn't operate the blinds I am back were I started..l need a new rail. And anyone who has a bay window can tell you the rail is made to measure and never short. My previous rail that he took off was not short was fitted well. The money your talking about even the £80. I paid was a waste of money and you know what service you have done for me is no were acceptable. I waited nearly 3 weeks for delivery.

Totally disappointed, please learn from my mistake. I paid £200 for 3 beautiful slate grey thick fabric blinds, instead i got awful shiney silver blinds, absolutly gutted.

Driving double the speed limit like a bell end doesn't go well in a company van!! Slow down before you kill someone!!!

We have had so many problems with our blinds if you want to have additional stress because of Broadway Blinds incopatance i highly recommended. We have had arround 6-7 visits the 1st fitter had came 4 times had no clue and drilled into our new window frame weakening the structure. We waited all day for him the following weekend he had said he came and even phoned me however checking our cctv he hadn't even driven by and phone records proved that he never called. This company is filled with several lies and botched fitters. I then opted to have the 'fitting manager' vist so we waited additional weeks for him to attend but yet again they lie... They had just sent a different fitter this fitter was slightly better but due to the damage done couldn't do anything. He had sent photos to the office and said they would call, but they didn't i had to invest even more time in chancing them and ask for a fitter the slightly better fitter had came but again couldn't do anything as the office hadn't made it clear to him of what needed to be done. This is where we are right now after a l few months our blinds are showing some light have airpockets and my newly bulit home has several holes thanks to this company. I wish we had went to a different brand.

Contacted this company after a recommendation from a friend. Adam was very professional when he came to measure up and was happy tocome out a second time after we made some changes. The 2 fitters were equally polite. Would happily use them again.

Absolute joke avoid this firm like u did covid
