Very swift, efficient and friendly service from sales and installation to aftercare. Everyone at ESE were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. We had a tricky installation in that our property is difficult to access but they sought creative solutions to enable a smooth installation in a couple of days.

I did a fair amount of research before choosing ESE. Good reviews, long guarantee periods, regular servicing, and reasonable pricing were my main reasons. Installation was carried out efficiently and with care. Since then, performance has exceeded my expectations, and I find the monitoring app really useful. ESE staff were very sympathetic and understanding during a bout of Covid. All in all a good experience, and I would recommend them.

The guys fitting the system worked quickly and efficiently in some not very nice weather. There was a manufacturing fault with one of the batteries which has been diagnosed and replaced. Happy with the installation and post installation support. I would recommend ESE group as an installer and for their long term maintenance plan looking after my systems.

We decided on ESE after getting several other quotes. ESE were the only company to take the time to visit the house. After that they moved quickly to provide a very quick and efficient installation. Their prices were competitive and after support very good. Would highly recommend them.

After contacting ESE to enquire, I quickly had a surveyor call to my home to see whether my property was suitable, a design and quotation followed the day after. They were always on hand to answer any queries. I never felt under pressure to go ahead.On the day of the installation the team worked quickly and got the job done in a few hours. They were friendly and respectful of my property. All the electrical equipment used was of high quality and I had the opportunity to discuss how the wires would be routed etc. The system was up and running that same day and the app was demonstrated to us (still working out how to use it to its full though). I’m seeing huge savings on my bill, despite my roof space only being able to accommodate a small 6 panel system and small battery. It still covers all my daytime use and the battery lasts most of the evening. I do use an agile energy tariff to charge the battery during cheap rate if the weather is going to be cloudy. I’ve no regrets about getting solar panels and battery installed, I could’ve spent the money on a new kitchen but having peace of mind that my home is now affordable to run is much better. I would recommend ESE to anyone thinking of making their home more green and energy efficient and knowing that annual maintenance is included is even better.

We had a number of quotes and surveys and ESE came top. The surveyor was extremely informative and could answer all of our queries. There was no hard sale which we had seen with other companies. The installation was spread over a few visits due to a few supply issues, which were resolved quickly. Post installation care has been good. I've had a few queries and contacted our local team manager who always responds very quickly. The App is great to monitor the system.Would recommend ESE to anyone looking for solar.
