We simply could not recommend BES Legal enough. All staff are so kind, caring and friendly. They made an extremely stressful legal situation with the sale of my Mother in laws property with a Lifetime mortgage, adding further complexity to the sale go through so smoothly. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for Stephanie, Jason and the team, even coming back and forward to our home to give advice and help us fill out complex forms. The team at BES Legal took all the pain away from the family at a difficult time, we would recommend them to anyone who are looking for the 5 star service at a very affordable price. I’d love to know if people leaving positive reviews are family members because my experience with this company has been appalling. I can honestly say it’s the worst legal firm I have ever used for conveyancing and would rather peel my eyeballs than have to deal with them again.

He understood the anxieties that selling and buying a house causes to the client, and reassured me at every step, with keeping me updated with the progress.
