Good service, comfy recliner seats and overall cleanliness. Happy with Vue just a pity some people have no cinema etiquette - unfortunately ended up sat next to a couple who must have gone through 20 bags of food during the film eating like pigs, phone on, talking/laughing during quiet scenes. Pfft.

The cinema looks like it's had a magic wand over it. This was our first time and only really came here because the film show times suited us. Apart from the cinema there's a whole load of stores, eateries, bowling, shopping all in one place. It's pretty impressive. We were in cinema 7, and every seat was a leather motored recliner and very comfortable for the entire film. As usual we purchase some of the overpriced food and drink and as is the case with cinemas, they don't often see much of the revenue from film studios so even if you have a grudge against buying cinema food, unless you want to see them dissappear please buy something. Overall, staff were great, food was good and the cinema itself was very enjoyable. Pity the film didn't meet expectations bit we still enjoyed it. We'll be back!

It's a nice cinema and it's a good to see a return to Coke. However, they have one of those nice machines where you can get multiple flavors. But if you pay the extra 70p for Coke, you can only get Coke, not cherry coke. Any other kind of coke like you would find in the machines in other venues. If you want cherry or anything like that, you got to go Coke zero which I think is a real shame, especially seeing as you paying a premium for full fat but still a good job from moving from Pepsi

Brilliant and extremely comfortable experience. Loved the seats, the surround sound, and the screen. It was my first visit to watch the Marvels and I was happy with what I found. A great choice of ice-cream and restaurants. Clean cinema halls.I'll definitely recommend it to all my family and friends and I'll sure be a returning customer. It's much better than the Cineworld in Bolton.Looking forward to watching Aquaman in December in Vue Cinema.If you're reading this then you must book and enjoy your experience with the recliner seats. I felt like I was in the comfort of my own home with the luxury of a large projector screen. We'll worth it!

I write this with deep regret as I used to love this cinemas but staff have turned away my 5ft 8 16 year old daughter for a 15 rated movie twice!!!! Staff are clearly getting a power trip turning away customers as she clearly looks as she is (older than 15) it’s ridiculous! Needs new management, Vue Bolton used to have a much friendlier atmosphere. It seems hostile now and staff seem unhappy which is sad to see. It’s supposed to be a fun, family filled establishment :(

My go to cinema. Never had any issue, kids love coming here too. The reclining seats do make for a better viewing experience. Always clean and staff are good. The two tickets for £7 via Vodafone was great value while it lasted. Only downside is parking at peak times. Plenty of places to eat around too.

Very friendly staff. Clean, the seats so comfortable feel like sitting at home relaxed and luxury. Price ain't bad.
