Lovely practice, independent as well so nice to see vets not in a medivet uniform for a change! Great team really helped both my cat and dogs receive quick efficient treatment. All vets are expensive but I was pleasantly surprised with my most recent bill being a lot less than I anticipated!

Very caring and friendly staff, easy to fix an appointment, we are very happy with them. Easy to reach, with lot of parking just in front of the surgery. Good opening hours.

Excellent Veterinary, staff are polite, professional and have very good customer interaction. 100% recommend to friends and family.

Everybody, from the initial phone call through to the two visits made to this practice, made the treatment of our dog an absolute priority even though we were only on holiday in the area for a week. A more welcoming, professional and compassionate practice would be hard to find. To each & every member of staff involved in his treatment - thank you! Hopefully we won't see you again soon but fear not, we would have absolutely no hesitation in returning, or recommending you to anyone, should the need arise!

I had to fight for an appointment due to their rules, which I wasn't happy about as my dog was dying. The staff were lovely and accommodating, but the process was not animal friendly. If I get another pet, they won't be my next vet.

Thank you to RVN Jess for being so kind and caring when helping my dad and I with our cat Bruce who sadly passed away on the 17th of June. I appreciated the heartfelt way his paw prints and fur clippings were returned with a heart next to his name. Best wishes From Beth Cavill

Would have always given a 4 or 5 for this service usually. Almost always very good/excellent. Today took my cat in after not eating or going out, just sleeping for 5 days. The absolute opposite from his norm. A new vet for us. Looked at his teeth, felt his belly, told us he was morbidly obese (4 months ago a previous vet wasn’t too concerned with his weight and he had now lost 600g) and he had a heart murmur. Was happy to send us home with no answers. I suggested he take his temperature which registered high. He talked about blood tests, I suggested antibiotics and pain relief. He suggested further investigation into heart murmur which is not problematic. He gave antibiotics and metcam. We will monitor religiously. Very disappointed for the first time

Lovely Vets, love your pets, the reception staff are knowledgeable and reassuring. The only concern is the out of hours services is Wimborne or Axminister, they no longer provide. If a dog or cat is seriously injured, no car, then there is potential harm.Bloat you have to be in emergency care within 30minutes. What if your cat is knocked down.Now looking for a Vet that offers local emergency services.

Shame this vets saw fit to pts a healthy Swan which had been rescued from Westham Bridge last week. Make me sick. One vets my animals will never ever be coming to. You are an absolute disgrace

Brilliant vet & staff. We didn't have to wait long. We always had the best help for our cat there. They gave Bella a blood test as she's loosing weight but what ever the tests show we are reassured that taking her to this vets she & us will have the best treatment & advise anyone can have.
