I had a 1hr custom facial treatment with Courtney and I am amazed by the results! I was a bit worried when I booked in a I have combination skin and with previous facials in other clinics it has ended up tipping the balance to make my face overly oily or very dry once done, however this was the first time I've had a facial that has helped my skin massively and targeted troublesome areas and resolved them! It was just what I needed!Courtney had excellent knowledge and explained her plan of action to help my skin, as well as making the overall experience a real pampering. She answered questions thoroughly, and gave me advice on products and things I can do in the future to help maintain my skin the right way. My skin was absolutely glowing by the end of the session and has been amazing since!Would 100% recommend this service and will be back. Thank you!

This is a lovely clinic to get any treatment done , all the staff are always friendly and helpful . I always go to Jess who has a lovely bubbly character …. She has helped with my fat melting journey after pregnancy ,she always was transparent with what can be achieved which is so important . I was really happy with my results. I alway leave with a confidence boost :) I highly recommend this place and trust this clinic .

I’ve been having my laser therapy for tattoo removal at Firvale after being recommended by a friend to visit the clinic. I have seen excellent results and could not be happier with the service. If I could give this clinic zero stars, I really would!I had my first consultation last year for potential treatment on a scar, after some discussion with the lady she brought Dr Berry into the room to have a further look at the scar. Because of the raised pink appearance, Dr Berry advised that I would get a better result if she just cut it out and then put in a small stitch. Another consultation was booked, this time it was booked with Dr Berry. She reiterated what she was going to do and I was quoted a price, all of which I confirmed I was happy with.I informed the receptionist that I was keen to go ahead but had to save up the money first, so if they could keep my notes on file and I will book in nearer the time. She confirmed that this was all okay.Yesterday I turned up for my appointment which I had booked in and paid deposit well in advance, only to be told she couldn't do the treatment that she told me on two separate occasions she could do. Also, no notes had been taken like I was told it would, because I had to remind DR Berry of what she said in the initial consultation.This experience has been incredibly upsetting and stressful as I had been told on two separate occasions that she could do it, saved and paid my deposit well in advance, only to turn up for my appointment having just moved all plans around to be there, only to then be turned away without even a proper apology.Avoid.

Mole removalVisited for a consultation about a large mole on my forehead. Efficiently booked in for a chat with Dr Berry - she was welcoming, friendly and took time to discuss treatments. She applied some local anaesthetic and removed the mole and a couple of skin tags around my eyes. Relatively painless, the whole procedure took less than 30 minutes. I was left with some scabs which fell away after a week or so leaving no trace of the mole or tags.Very pleased with the service and the result.
