Most expensive Christmas card I've ever bought £ 3.49 for one that would cost a pound anywhere on the highstreet.

Absolute disgusting customer service on Sunday 11th June 2023 by someone who decides to slam by change on the counter when my hand was out so he could have put the change in my hand after spending over £17 on cigarettes. Maybe work on some customer service lessons for some employee's. If I could have put a 0 I would have!

A good and spacious WHS store. It has a great variety of books, magazines and greeting cards. They do the usual ‘buy one buy second half price’ sales on some books. A good selection on popular fiction novels and plenty of children stories and activity books, too. In store there’s also chocolate, snacks and drinks, so if you are in a hurry you can just stop @ WHS for a read & drink before your travels. Prices, as anywhere in central London, are higher, but that is to be expected. The store also has self check out tills and a tech section for mobile accessories etc.

Came in for a cuppa. Wide selection of books, mags, sweets and stationery on first floor.Self-service tea & coffee reasonably priced.

Staff sold us a box of cigarets at 20,90 in stead off 13,20. Refused a refund. You should know wat you buy"

Rude and pushy staff. We popped into this store just to buy some breakfast for our trip. We did not buy meal deal which we did not mind. We were about to pay when a staff member approached us and told us we didnt buy a meal deal, she is going to get it for us. We told her twice that we didnt care for a meal deal. She still kept us behind, not letting us pay, and ran and got us items to create a meal deal, even though we told her multiple times that we do not want a meal deal. After we managed to pay much more than we intended to due to extra items pushed on us, we had to run after our train, which we almost missed due to this incident.

Returning a USB charger to the electronics section and absolutely awful customer service. The woman accused me of using it (I hadn't even opened the box!) No hello, can I help you etc. No eye contact, was dismissive and begrudgingly gave me the refund even though I was well within the return period and had a receipt and unopened product. Will not shop there again.

Nothing but greed. £3.50 for a small can of beer.

Incredibly rude staff in the electrical section. Maybe they were having a bad day
