Executive Lounge
I am always amazed at how friendly and courteous everyone is and how nothing is too much trouble for the staff I flew out to spain on the 2nd of September after arriving at the lounge at 5.20 am I was greeted with a lovely smile and felt very welcome I cannot recommend them enough .

Poor. Very poor. The area for business class would be nicer because of the view, and despite this area being empty two members of staff were more concerned with doing paperwork in their acknowledging when waiting to be served a drink. When I was served I order two drinks and was then asked how many passengers are travelling...like I was somehow cheating the system to get two drinks for myself. Just dreadful. However the guy on reception was very friendly.

Executive Lounge
I use the lounge frequently when flying with KLM back to Saudi via Amsterdam. Staff are always very courteous and welcoming; coffee is on point as are the bacon rolls. OK, it's not the biggest most lavish lounge around but for an airport the size of Cardiff I've always found it perfectly fine.

I have been to this lounge a couple of times in the past year and it’s really one of the best lounge out there. The staff is very attentive and welcoming (thank you Linda, Cara and Mya!!), it’s clean and not too busy, the food is very nice and the menu much nicer than I’ve ever seen. Completely recommend!!

A nice lounge to relax in before flying.A good selection of breakfast and drinks with some fantastic coffee.The staff are outstanding very polite and courteous. Nothing is too much trouble, they made a very kind exception for a takeaway coffee too on this occasion.Overall a good stay before the flight.

Excellent and friendly service. Excellent choice of Welsh sourced drinks, from penderyn sports to local beers, lagers and cider. Good variety of snacks

Comfortable airport lounge at a reasonable price could do with adding a selection of hot snacks. Otherwise a nice place to relax while waiting for a flight.

Its become an appalling lounge, shame we used it for years. Its now a rip off. Service was poor taking nearly 40 minutes to get service just for drinks which took another 10 minutes to arrive. Place was a mess, toilets were a mess and the whole relaxing experience of the airport lounge was destroyed. I will never use it again.
