Quite a mixed selection of clothes, reasonably priced. Always have to queue for the changing rooms though and often slow at the tills.

Went shopping today had a very bad experience I always shop in there and the cashier was very rude told us to go to the self service as we were ‘holding up the queue’ we had to struggle taking the tags off and was offered no help at all, we then went into another shop and the alarms went off as he never helped us take the metal strips off the labels very disappointed as service is usually good in this shop

Not sure we understood the logic in asking us to self scan items when a member of staff was free and there was a queue of more than 7 behind us. The staff member didn't tell my daughter about needing to remove tags so we left the queue only to have to return for the shop assistant to remove them anyway.

Waited at till for 10minutes as there was only one staffed till and my daughter was paying cash so couldn’t use the self service.

Visited this store today Sun 17th Sept. Lady at till downstairs was nice enough. I went upstairs, saw 2 members of staff talking, i was trying to find a bum bag for my daughter so rather than searching i went up to them both and asked to save time. The small, short, mousy brown haired female with glasses looked at me and replied 'no' rudely and abruptly. Nothing else except 'no'. They clearly don't want Customers asking questions in this store and it's quite clear the contempt this one had for them. You shouldn't be working in a shop if you can't stand customers asking simple questions. Are your Customers not more important than gabbing to another member of staff?? They are the people who actually keep you in a job!!

Very disappointed with how my daughter and her boyfriend were treated when they left an item in the H&M Store St. Stephen's Hull at Sunday 9/7/2023.The staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the store manager J. Knowles with her 30 years of retail experience needs to brush up on her customer service skills She was very rude and very uncooperative. I will be putting in a formal complaint. And I will be thinking twice about shopping in the store in future .

I really like H&M always its all clothes on places not on floor like diffrent shops. Usually I happy with all cashier. But my last visit one lady cashier was little bit rude for me. I make h&m on-line account to recived 10% discunt. I asked her if she can to scan it for me to recived 10% . Then when I should to pay and I didt have 10% so I asked her again for that. I bought clothes for almost 200£ so was great to recived almost £20 discunt. Then she's starting to be rude..
