Visited the boutique to find my next watch this morning. The staff, especially Gavin, were amazing, offered me a drink and were super helpful and friendly. I spent much time and they answered all my questions with a smile. They know how to build trust with a customer and that’s all I needed to make the purchase. See you again.

I came in looking for some ideas for my Dad's birthday. The shop has a really nice feel mainly thanks to the excellent staff! I spoke with Gavin who was really knowledgeable and patient, happy to talk me through options to suit my budget. I will definitely be back!Highly recommend :)

Upon purchasing my new Superocean Heritage, I have received outstanding service from both Bailey and Iryna. I certainly was not in the market for a watch, but the teams welcoming service, knowledge and enthusiasm had me as a Breitling customer within 45 minutes...I will definitely be back, but for now I will enjoy the new watch and continue feeling like a valued customer.
