Rosa Massimo - Professional Italian Hair Designer - Bradford

The only hairstylist I have trusted with my hair for the last 10 years. Every single time it’s always done perfectly. Lewis, Rebecca, Rosa and the team are brilliant at what they do. Never ever had an issue and I’m always left with my hair looking and feeling amazing. The only salon that probably actually cares about their customers and won’t ever do anything that will damage their customers hair. They always give you a honest and true consultation and set realistic expectations.

Ive been going to Rosas for balayage for about 5 years now and always loved the outcome. However this time I went I was soUpset with how my hair turned out. First of all I travelled over 3 hours just to get my hair done there. I felt like it was rushed and also felt like certain people get better treatment for example if you are an ‘influencer’ they would take you upstairs and spend more time and effort on your hair. I asked for an ashy balayage and my hair was left brassy with highlights all over the place, it wasnt blended at all and the contrast was so high and for £150 it was not worth it! I had to go to someone else who corrected the colour and blend for me. Oh and just like the other 1 ⭐️ reviews, I absolutely agree with how they have described Rosa, i have never met such a rude, big headed person in my life. She doesnt seem like an approachable person and its shocking how many other people have said the same thing! I would always praise the salon and recommend it but I feel like over the years as they have grown they are not the same which is a shame. Unfortunately I will not be visiting again.Reply to the response: I got my hair done on the week beginning 20th feb. You spent most of your time upstairs. I dont understand how you think everything your customers says is ‘not true’ ive been coming to you for 5 years because you were good back then. If you read properly you can see i have said its after you got more popularity that your work is not the same. I dont have time to come speak to rosa directly i live over 200 miles away. Wouldnt want to speak to someone with an attitude like that anyways.Replying to second response: my review is real, i dont have the time to sit here and write a fake review, I had a bad experience which is why I wrote a review. And in the the ‘real world’ that does happen. Maybe you should learn from the review and take the criticism on board instead of arguing back :)

It was my first time visiting Rosa Massimo’s today and I had the most incredible hair salon experience and it was all thanks to Mera. Every single member of the team made me feel welcome and were very professional. I absolutely love my hair and will definitely be coming back!

I've been going to Rosa Massimo for a good few years, Mena and Leila have never disappointed me! They always have gone above and beyond for me when it comes to my hair as I always end up being so indecisive when I get into that salon chair. Leila always gives me good company whilst I spend the day at the salon and we have build a good friendship since I met her there! Had a lovely experience at Rosas everyone was friendly and jolly. Ensured that we had a lovely time and we were taken care of. Mina ensured my hair colour was perfect. Amazing service would recommend.

Had a great time at Rosa’s. Hannah did a lovely job with my hair, made it even better than my inspo picture! She was very sweet and took extra care around my ear and piercings. Highly recommend, she did an amazing job!

It was my first time going to Rosa Massimo’s today and i thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I left it all up to Lewis who was my hairdresser and he did a great job. He exceeded my expectations and left my hair feeling so fresh and healthy! I’m usually very doubtful of trying out new places but Rosa Massimo’s made me feel so comfortable, especially with their amazing customer service skills. Will definitely be back when I need to tone my hair!
