FITTED NEW Tyres than week later I checked myself if wheel nuts are not loose Front wheels were loose only security nut was tight shame !!!! Do your job properly

Due to an ATS administrative error, my booking was not received by the Andover branch. Despite being busy, the staff honoured the booking I had made and provided a great service regassing my AC.

Prompt service and good service. Price less then expected. Friendly staff. I had a battery fitted and the staff noticed my tires were desperate for changing! I had 2 tyres fitted a couple of days later.

We were worried about a knocking noise from the suspension area. Within half an hour they diagnosed the problem and were able to tighten the loose nut and we were on the road again. Without the knocking noise of course. They definitely know what they are doing. No charge, just a voluntary donation in the coffee pot. That is customer service! They probably enjoyed the testdrive in the Porsche Boxster. Thank you very much guys. You saved our holidays.
