I have to highlight that we didn’t get to the step where we got a chance to avail their services. The review is more about the attitude of the owner.A while back, from a friend, I got his details. I needed to do OCI application. As we all do, I thought it was a good idea to do some research before calling him. When I spoke with him, I asked him some questions about what he was suggesting. Instead of addressing my questions like a true professional, he blamed me for having an attitude problem.I am quite sure he is REALLY good at what he does. But his attitude is anything but professional. He treats you like dirt if you ask him any questions and would refuse to help you if you do so.Like I said, he might be good at his job, but he has a long way to go to be a good person.Update: I couldnt respond to the Owner's reply to my review, so editing this to add my response.Sir, I did want to pay for your service, but you refused to even talk to me and stopped responding to my messages, where I explicitly said that I want to avail your services. I also mentioned that if you cannot help, please atleast say so. But you didnt even reply to that.So please dont misguide people by making it look like I was not ready to pay. That was not the case and you know it!

Used their services for OCI application and had nothing to worry about with clear guidance on the application which otherwise is a headache. Highly recommend to avoid frustration and waste of time. Thank you!

I had a nightmare getting a visa, I had loads of things booked and was about to loose a bunch of money. When I got told that I couldn’t get seen with a walk in that day I thought it was lost and I wouldn’t get my Indian visa, however the guy in Zinc cafe told me to go to brilliant visa and they helped me out so much.
