I never leave reviews but this time I need to share how bad the company is. Shame I cannot give zero stairs! I'm waiting for my return item to be collected for a week and still waiting. I rang them and they said the collection failed as I wasn't at home.... Actually I'm stuck at home for a week now, watching my outdoor camera all the time, left my phone number for driver on the front door. Noone came, noone called me and to get in touch with them I was on hold for almost an hour... What do? To get NO help!!!

Carol and team are useless and should simply not be in business. We will be taking this up our credit card to get full refund. Unqualified, unprofessional and not worth time or money.

Sent back 3 items, 1 delivered damaged and other 2 missing (most likely stolen) Avoid this company!

I ordered an item from Primrose and was informed it would be delivered Next Day" on Thursday. Both Thursday and Friday came and nothing had arrived. I was left a card saying delivery would be "attempted" on Monday despite already providing them with specific instructions about how to access my garden/ communal area and even gave them 2 neighbours addresses they could leave it with... I requested a Saturday delivery and this was conformed. On Saturday late morning I rang the delivery company to confirm it was out for delivery

Avoid, Avoid, AVOID. One of the worst couriers I've ever experienced! They really don't like speaking with the people who pay their salaries (Us. The people who order the goods for delivery.) Yet another courier that's going on my blacklist.The delivery driver was brilliant, but no thanks to Tufnells who didn't pass the message they received from me via the seller. Avoid, Avoid, AVOID

This company is a disgrace, paid £125 postage and told they would be here between 9am & 5pm. Went to wrong address, no apology nothing. They didn't even respond to my email. They then picked it up 5 days ago and when I've looked at the tracking it is still sitting in their depot. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Over two separate days said they would deliver and didn’t.When they did condescend to deliver my parcel was dumped on our drive.They are a Shambling Shower and could not organise a delivery of jam donuts. Let alone anything of value.They really should go on the naughty step.Avoid at all cost.

They need to change there drivers . No respect at allAll the boxes where damaged and dragged on the floor I have video prove aswell

Google needs to enable 0/5 stars because this company deserves it and more.Someone rightly mentioned that Tuffnell is living in the 70s with its less than poor tracking system (lack thereof really!).There is no communication, and they trap you indoors waiting for your parcel onlyfor nothing to show up…nobody answers the phone, and I’m shocked how you’ve been in business for apparently 100 years?!It’s a shame the company I bought from employs them as their courier …

Yeah have to agree with all other poor reviews I'm afraid. Initially no delivery notice with option to reschedule (est date was today but it came yesterday), just a phone call from a driver telling me he is outside (could hardly speak English which of course would be essential to communicate with customers), no use to me or firm as no one is expecting to be there. He didn't leave a delivery slip, tried to track/reschedule online but tracking number given isn't recognised on the website! Wanted to call the depot, (opening hours on the website would be nice) called and no answer and no voicemail/waiting system. Got through and told a member of the traffic team would call me, 3 hours later no call. Called them and told its out for today, thanks for the notice! Told if the item isn't delivered by 1pm then call another number, am I supposed to be doing all this admin? I dont think so. I implore the new CEO Peter (no last name on the website) to read these reviews of his customers, maybe have a representative respond? For now people AVOID, life is tough enough as it is!
