Really disappointed in my visit. I wanted to have a look at the new jeep on motability. Searched Internet who said this dealership was a jeep dealer. They were not. Jeep signs in the showroom. Very disappointed

Great experience buying a second hand Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Before the purchase, I asked a lot of questions on the phone / via email because I live in London, The salesperson (Matt) was very prompt, helpful, and transparent. When I saw the car in person, it was exactly as described, no surprises. The overall experience was very professional and pleasant; two words rarely associated with buying a second hand car in my experience so well done TJ Vickers! (and they had a Fiat Uno Turbo on display in the showroom; flash for the past!)

Steve was a pleasure to deal with on the phone and in person. The car he'd offered was exactly as he'd promised. In perfect condition and ready to go. He took care of us and even though busy when we arrived, managed to find time for us to inspect the car whilst he returned to his other clients. He followed up calls with us afterwards to make sure we were happy. I know where my next car should be coming from.

I brought a manager used 2022 s-cross from TJ Vickers. After they delivered the car to me, I found the car’s fuel cap panel was bent and twisted by previous user over open the fuel door at the same day. I informed them next day, they just insinuate it was make by myself & refused to fix it.Just a friendly reminder! if they kicked the ball to you, they will not taking any responsibility anymore.15-Nov-2022How do you think the photo that I’ve attached? Have it demaged? What have you got for supporting yours haven’t got demaged before sent out?

Used Vickers, Telford for the first time for service and Mot. Very efficient booking appointment. Great service when I got there, the receptionist was excellent. Service was carried out swiftly and efficiently. I would recommend them.
